Stories of the WA Goldfields
A life member of the Eastern Goldfields Historical Society, Norma King spent her life writing and recording history of the region.
This site will house much of her interviews and research from material in possession of her family. The task of going through the material and making it available through this website is being undertaken by her grand-daughter Lorraine Kelly.
Lorraine has published a book on the early Goldfield days based on stories published in Norma's Book 'Colourful Tales of the Western Australian Goldfields' and her interviews.
Subsribe to the blog on this site or facebook to keep up to date with new publications. If you have any information or photos of your own that you wish to share, please feel free to do so!
